How people are taken on, paid and recorded.

Records

Every person engaged through the firm has a record: identity, role, date of joining, rate, and where they are posted. A pay slip is generated from that record, so a slip can never disagree with its own figures.

Payment

Wages are paid on the agreed day of the month. Statutory deductions — PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS — are applied as advised by the firm’s accountant, because those rates change by year and by State.

Grievances

Anyone working through the firm, and any client of the firm, can raise a grievance on the telephone number on this site. It is acknowledged within seven working days and answered within thirty.

What we will not do

We do not hold anyone’s original documents. We do not deduct anything that has not been explained in writing.
