These are the conditions the quotation will be given under. They are printed in full beside this form.

Conditions of supply

Plain business conditions, written to be understood rather than argued about.

01 · Quotation and validity: Any rate we give is in writing and says how long it holds. After that date the rate is re-confirmed before work starts.
02 · What the rate includes: The written quotation lists what is included and what is not. Anything not listed is not included — it is added only by a fresh written line, agreed before it is done.
03 · Taxes: Rates are stated exclusive of GST unless the quotation says otherwise. GST is charged at the rate applicable on the date of supply.
04 · Measurement and site readiness: For fit-out and service work, the site must be available on the agreed date. Idle time caused by the site not being ready is chargeable, and we will tell you before we charge it.
05 · Payment: Payment terms are stated on the quotation. Work in progress may be held if an agreed stage payment is not received; we will inform you before holding anything.
06 · Delivery and timelines: Delivery dates are worked out honestly and can be affected by supply, transport or approvals outside our control. We tell you as soon as a date is at risk instead of letting it pass.
07 · Changes after work begins: A change in scope after work begins is quoted separately before it is carried out.
08 · Made-to-order and cut-to-size: Items cut, made or ordered to your specification are not returnable, because they cannot be resold.
09 · Transit damage: Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so the claim can be raised with the carrier.
10 · Warranty: Manufactured goods carry the manufacturer’s warranty and nothing more. Workmanship on our own execution is made good by us for the period written on the quotation.
11 · Cancellation: An order may be cancelled before material is cut, dispatched or procured. After that, the cost already committed is payable.
12 · Confidentiality: Drawings, rates and any business information you share stay with us and are not shown to anyone else.
13 · Jurisdiction: Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

Marketplace deals: for goods, property or vehicles listed by other sellers on our marketplace, you deal with and pay the seller directly, and the seller gives you the bill. We introduce you and earn our commission from the seller — you are not charged for the introduction unless told in writing first. Full rules: Terms & commission.
