SUMCKER Decor, M/s Sumcker Interiors and Exteriors का व्यापारिक नाम है। यह एक प्रोप्राइटरशिप फ़र्म है, जो फ़रवरी 2024 में पंजीकृत हुई और सूरत नगर, गुरुग्राम से काम करती है।
शुरुआत PVC इंटीरियर-एक्सटीरियर के काम से हुई थी। अब फ़र्म का काम बढ़कर तीन हिस्सों में है:
- मार्केटप्लेस: प्रॉपर्टी और रियल एस्टेट, गाड़ियाँ (सभी श्रेणियाँ) और ऑटो पार्ट्स। हम ख़रीदार, विक्रेता, किराएदार और डीलर को आपस में मिलवाते हैं; कमीशन की शर्तें नियम और शर्तें पेज पर लिखी हैं।
- धार्मिक सेवाएँ: धर्म कोड (ग्रंथ), दैनिक पूजा, त्योहार पूजा, व्रत और कथा, विवाह, गृह प्रवेश, सुंदरकांड, जागरण, अंत्येष्टि, श्राद्ध, मुहूर्त, ज्योतिष और वास्तु। ये उन परिवारों के लिए हैं जो पूजा-पाठ ख़ुद, सादगी से और कम ख़र्च में करना चाहते हैं — पूरी विधि, मंत्र और आरती सहित। पंजीकरण मुफ़्त है और पूरी विधि सबके लिए खुली है; अपनी श्रद्धा से दक्षिणा दे सकते हैं — कोई बाध्यता नहीं।
- आपूर्ति और काम: PVC इंटीरियर-एक्सटीरियर, मैनपावर सप्लाई, और सामान की आपूर्ति — लिखित ज़रूरत पर, GST बिल के साथ।
यह क्यों शुरू हुई
यह फ़र्म SUMCKER Foundation के काम में सहयोग के लिए बनी है। Foundation एक पंजीकृत सेक्शन 8 कंपनी है, जो शिक्षा-सहायता और एक प्रस्तावित आवासीय विद्यालय पर काम कर रही है। फ़र्म की कमाई उसी काम में लगाने का इरादा है। हम इसका कोई प्रतिशत नहीं बताते, क्योंकि जिस आँकड़े का ऑडिट न हुआ हो, उसका दावा हम नहीं करते।
हम कैसे काम करते हैं
- हर ज़रूरत और हर शर्त लिखित में — दाम, कमीशन, और क्या शामिल है, क्या नहीं।
- वेबसाइट पर भरा गया हर फ़ॉर्म सुरक्षित रूप से हमारे पास जमा होता है; आपकी जानकारी हम बेचते नहीं।
- भुगतान केवल फ़र्म के खाते या UPI में, रसीद के साथ; किसी व्यक्ति के निजी खाते में नहीं।
- प्रॉपर्टी या गाड़ी के सौदे की पूरी रक़म ख़रीदार सीधे विक्रेता को देता है — वह SUMCKER के पास नहीं रखी जाती।
वेबसाइट के चित्रों के बारे में
इस वेबसाइट पर लगे ज़्यादातर चित्र प्रतीकात्मक (कल्पनात्मक) हैं — जैसे दीपक, कलश, पूजा की थाली, मकान या गाड़ी के चित्र। इन्हें SUMCKER ने ख़ुद बनाया है, ताकि हर सेवा और श्रेणी को आसानी से पहचाना जा सके। ये किसी असली काम, प्रॉपर्टी, गाड़ी या उत्पाद की तस्वीर नहीं हैं।
जहाँ किसी असली काम, प्रॉपर्टी, गाड़ी या सामान की फ़ोटो लगाई जाएगी, वहाँ साफ़ लिखा होगा कि वह असली फ़ोटो है। मार्केटप्लेस पर विक्रेता अपनी लिस्टिंग में जो फ़ोटो लगाते हैं, उनकी सच्चाई की ज़िम्मेदारी विक्रेता की है — कोई भी सौदा करने से पहले असली चीज़ ख़ुद देखिए।
हम क्या नहीं करते
- किसी और के काम की फ़ोटो को अपना काम बताकर नहीं दिखाते।
- बिना अनुमति किसी ग्राहक का नाम या उसकी राय (टेस्टिमोनियल) नहीं छापते।
- जितना बड़ा काम हम नहीं कर सकते, उसका वादा नहीं करते — फ़र्म छोटी है, और यही ईमानदार जवाब है।
- किसी सौदे में दाम, गुणवत्ता या काग़ज़ों की गारंटी नहीं देते — जाँच आप स्वयं करें।

What SUMCKER Decor is
SUMCKER Decor is the trading name of M/s Sumcker Interiors and Exteriors, a proprietorship firm registered in February 2024 and working out of Surat Nagar, Gurugram.
It began with PVC interior and exterior work. Its work has since grown into three parts:
- Marketplace: property and real estate, vehicles (all categories) and auto parts. We introduce buyers, sellers, tenants and dealers to each other; the commission terms are on the terms and conditions page.
- Religious services: Dharm Code (scriptures), daily puja, festival puja, vrat and katha, vivah, griha pravesh, Sunderkand, jagran, antyeshti, shraddh, muhurat, astrology and vastu — for families who want to perform them themselves, simply and at low cost, with the full method, mantras and aarti. Registration is free and the full method is open to all; you may offer dakshina by choice — there is no obligation.
- Supply and work: PVC interiors and exteriors, manpower supply, and supply of goods — against written requirements, with a GST invoice.
Why it was started
The firm exists to support the work of SUMCKER Foundation, a registered Section 8 company working on education support and a planned residential school. What this firm earns is meant to go into that work. We do not publish a percentage, because we will not claim a figure we have not audited.
How we work
- Every requirement and every term in writing — price, commission, and what is and is not included.
- Every form filled on this website is kept securely with us; we do not sell your information.
- Payments only into the firm's account or UPI, with a receipt; never into anyone's personal account.
- The full amount of a property or vehicle deal is paid by the buyer directly to the seller — SUMCKER does not hold it.
About the pictures on this website
Most pictures on this website are symbolic (illustrative) — a lamp, a kalash, a puja thali, a house or a vehicle. SUMCKER drew them itself so that each service and category is easy to recognise. They are not photographs of any real work, property, vehicle or product.
